A tiring week.

Been dealing with your-truthly-one&only-landline-provider-aka-TM-since last week.

Frankly speaking, their helpdesk-support-services is excellent. Mmg follow step-by-step punya customer-services sampai I can guess what the next questions is.

But ..but, the technician and the exec, pergghh....semua bkn salah dia. Takde dial tone bkn salah dia, No engagged sampai seminggu bkn salah dia.

They only learnt on blamming the contractor, but not themself.

And even poor, boleh pulak line-line tu bertukar2 posisi. Gamaknya, ala2 pemain bola apa bleh tukar position sukaati. Dah tak pepasal org keyphone kena re-setting semula.

Ada lagi terus, the hunting number terus hilang.Ganti pulak dgn no lain!

How can i stand .. ?

Tak pepasal I have to do my own investigation.Line mana patot dok box mana, line apa hilang, yg mana no dial tone and etc.

Sakit pale makcik tak ilang lagi ni...
